The Deepwater Fire Dept. and Rescue 5 were alerted to an MVC w/ Rollover on Rt.295 just prior to the Delaware Memorial Bridge/Rt. 130 Overpass on 10-19-11. Rescue 7 went on location with a vehicle on its roof, off the roadway, and under a highway sign. The single occupant of the vehicle was out and walking around. Units were quickly cleared. Units were then alerted to the same location for another MVC. This MVC was reported to be just past the first MVC. Engine 7 and Rescue 7 arrived at the scene to find a Box Truck on the hood of an SUV and the SUV was on fire. Crews from both units made a quick knockdown of the fire. Rescue 5 was available from the scene and was released to handle another MVC about 1 Mile prior to the dual MVC's. Units on scene: Rescue 7, Engine 7, Rescue 5, 5-8, 11-8, NJSP, and DRBA PD.
