On September 18 2013 Rescue 7 was dispatched along with Station and Squad 11 to the New Jersey Turnpike prior to the tolls for a Motor Vehicle Crash with entrapment. Intial report was Tractor Trailer vs Car. Rescue 7 arrived at 1854 finding a commerical delivery truck off the roadway into a tree also requesting a chopper due to nature of the injuries to the single patient. Rescue 7 extricated the victim from the commercial vehicle along with Rescue 11's crew. Engine 7 was brought onto the Turnpike to handle the Landing Zone. Medivac 5 transported the patient to Christiana ER.
