Station 7 was alerted to the Delaware Memorial Bridge at 1025 Hrs for a Commercial Vehicle well involved on the westbound span of the bridge. Rescue 7 arrived on location at 1029 Hrs with crew of 5 to the cab well off. NCC Engine 20-5 and Engine 7 arrived shortly after to assist in the operation. Command (J.
